Sapthagiri Institute of Allied Health Sciences

Sapthagiri Institute of Allied Health Sciences was established in 2015. Sapthagiri group of institutions and other establishments is the creation of Sri Srinivasa Educational & Charitable Trust, Bengaluru. Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre is a premier educational institution built as per the standards in a sprawling campus located along Hesaraghatta main road of Bengaluru city. The centre provides multispecialty tertiary care hospital and super specialty hospital for the purpose of teaching students in addition to catering to the health needs of the people in preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative domains. We are currently offering under graduate program and shortly starting with Masters Programs.

Facilities

The college deputes its nursing students to its multispecialty hospital for clinical postings. The 15 acre college campus along Hesaraghatta main road has a multi speciality hospital with a purpose of teaching in addition to catering to the health needs of the people.

Sapthagiri School and College of Nursing is attached to Sapthagiri Super Specialty and General Hospital, with cumulative bed strength of 1200. The broad general specialties include Medical, Surgical. Psychiatry and OBG. The Super Specialties include Urology, Nephrology, Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Plastic Surgery, orthopedics, Neurology, Neuro Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, Endocrinology, Vascular Surgery, Gastroenterology and Cardiology. Students are posted in various clinical areas from the first year of nursing course based on the subject requirement of each academic year.
